Moderna reported Q2 2026 results on July 31, 2026. It posted a loss of $1.97 per share, in line with the expected loss of $1.98, a 0.53% beat. Revenue was $145.0 million, ahead of the $121.2 million estimate by 19.59%. Compared with Q2 2025, the loss narrowed from $2.13 per share and revenue rose about 2% from $142.0 million.

Moderna earned $11.29 per share on $7.2 billion of revenue in Q4 2021, the highs in the table, and $19.96 per share across 2022. Annual results then turned to losses of $12.41 per share in 2023, $9.28 in 2024 and $7.27 in 2025. Eleven of the last 13 quarters were losses, including the low of $9.53 in Q3 2023. The first half of 2026 shows a loss of $5.37 per share, wider than $4.65 a year earlier, on revenue of $534 million, roughly double. Moderna beat the EPS estimate in 15 of the last 20 quarters.
